We provide high-quality private sessions and well-designed small group classes in unique inspiring atmospheres.
We use world’s best-in-class Pilates apparatus – Peak Pilates – with a true purpose of human body.
OUR APPROACH, YOUR RESULT
Cool Charm Pilates Workouts are done on various Pilates apparatus – Reformer, Tower and Chair – incredible machines that work your entire body in unique, intense and self-controlled ways.
Every workout is designed to use your powerhouse throughout the 55 minutes, with more than 50 intense exercises in a natural flow and rhythm. We provide you with personal focus and instructions so that we can control and direct all of your movements in its details and precisions. We strive for quality in your performances and body consciousness. Therefore we allow a maximum of 5 members per class.
The result is guaranteed: Transformed and sculpted bodies that are long, lean, resilient, uniform and strong. And awakened, confident minds that connect to bodies as one.
