FOUNDER COOL CHARM PILATES

Sibel is expert and master in Pilates, certified Peak Pilates Instructor, with a detailed eye in reading human bodies. She is highly passionate about transforming bodies.

Sibel is the big mind behind the Pilates workout programs at Cool Charm Pilates. It’s in her nature to create our choreography to design unique Pilates workouts, and this is how Cool Charm Pilates offers her own unique classes.

She trains beginners, intermediate and advanced pilates students on Reformer, Tower, Chair, Barrel, Mat en Cadillac apparatus. Her teaching style is deeply based on techniques, anatomy and athleisure.

In her classes you’ll definitely be challenged in a safe manner, because she reads what you are potentially able to perform to get you beyond your limits. In private sessions she focuses on your individual needs to revalidate your body, or reshape your body to a new ideal-you.

Agnes is the lead Pilates instructor at Cool Charm Pilates, certified by Peak Pilates. She is the creative and inspirational source of Cool Charm Pilates.

She teaches all levels on Reformer, Tower, Chair, Barrel and Mat. Her way of teaching is based on detailed Pilates techniques. In her class you’ll feel high energy, imagination, precision, glory and grace to get your body and mind to a total new way of movements.
